Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue so we can review it and work to make it right.


Return Requests

Because products may vary by item type and fulfillment, return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in their original condition when a return is approved.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs
